Around 700 sqft of gravel, palms, & other non-native plants replaced with various California native plants & cultivars featuring:

• a decomposed granite (DG) path leading to front door

• a dry pond for rainwater catching, fed by gutters & overflow of rain-barrel

• gravel-filled trench along sidewalk & driveway to prevent erosion runoff
