In November 2018, around 1,500 sqft of gravel, palms, honeysuckle, & other non-native plants mostly replaced with various Southern California native plants featuring:

• a decomposed granite (DG) seating area bordered with palm trunks & rocks

• a fire pit made of small boulders

• an alternate path made of repurposed gravel

• three dry ponds of regional boulders planted with CA wetland plants
